Frequently asked questions
Do you sell to individuals?
No. We supply wholesale to legal entities and sole proprietors only: distributors, retail chains, pharmacies, healthcare facilities and shops.
What is the minimum order quantity?
The MOQ and case pack size are listed on each product page. Quantities in your request are rounded to whole cases automatically.
How do I place an order?
Add products to your request and submit it. A manager will confirm availability and pricing, then issue an invoice or specification. Submitting a request does not oblige you to buy.
How does payment work?
Bank transfer only, using the details stated on the invoice. There is no online payment on the website.
Do you deliver across Uzbekistan?
Yes. You can collect from our Tashkent warehouse (119 Makhtumkuli St.) or arrange delivery to the regions — terms and lead times are agreed with a manager.
What documents do you provide?
An e-invoice via the electronic document system, a waybill, certificates of conformity and, for medical devices, registration certificates.
Can I become a regional distributor?
